ABOUT Wild Mango Raw Gojju Without Coconut RECIPE

Wild mango raw gojju is seasonable curry. It is mixture of sweet, sour and spicy. It is very good accompany with rice, dosa, idli and so on.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wild ripe mangoes 5-6
  2. water 4 cup
  3. salt 1 tsp
  4. jaggery syrup 2-3 tsp
  5. Green chilli / bird's-eye chillies 3-4
  6. Curry leaves few
  7. For seasoning..
  8. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  9. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  10. Red chilli 1

Instructions

  1. WASH, CHOP THE HEAD, REMOVE THE PEEL OF WILD MANGOES
  2. SQUEEZE BOTH PEEL AND SEEDS
  3. ADD SOME WATER, TAKE AWAY THE SQUEEZED PEELS
  4. SALT TO TASTE
  5. JAGGERY SYRUP 2 -3 TSP
  6. ADD BIRD'S-EYE CHILLI (TOO HOT) OR GREEN CHILLI
  7. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND SEASONING, MIX WELL AND SERVE WITH HOT RICE
