Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Pepper....1,1/2 spoons
  2. Jeera seeds....1 spoon
  3. Ghee....1,1/2 spoons
  4. Grated coconut....1/2 cup
  5. Tamarind....1/2 lemon size
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Jaggery powder......1 spoon
  8. Mustard....1/4 spoon
  9. curry leaves
  10. Few coriander leaves.

Instructions

  1. ADD GHEE AND JEERA SEEDS
  2. ADD PEPPER & RED CHILLY
  3. ADD COCONUT
  4. FRYING MASALA & TAMARIND PUT INTO THE MIXI JAR & ADD LITTLE WATER
  5. GRIND THEM NICELY
  6. ADD GRINDED MASALA AND SUFFICIENT WATER
  7. ADD SALT
  8. ADD JAGGERY
  9. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  10. ADD GHEE AND MUSTARD
  11. ADD RED CHILLY
  12. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  13. ADD THE TEMPERING TO THE BOILING SAMBAR/ CURRY.
