Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ripe mango peeled and chopped 1/2 cup
  2. Unripe mango peeled and chopped 1/2 cup
  3. Water
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Grated coconut 1 cup
  6. Almond 5
  7. Jeera 1 tsp
  8. Roasted gram dal 1 tsp
  9. Sweet curd 1 tbs
  10. Green chilli chopped 1
  11. For seasoning...
  12. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  13. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  14. Red chilli 1 broken
  15. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. PEELED, RIPE AND UNRIPE MANGOES EACH 1/2 CUP, ADD SALT AND WATER, COVER AND COOK TILL TENDER
  2. ADD GRATED COCONUT AND ALMOND IN MIXIE JAR
  3. ROASTED GRAM DAL AND JEERA
  4. ADD SOME WATER AND GRIND COARSELY
  5. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI, CONTINUE GRINDING SMOOTHLY
  6. CHECK THE COOKNESS
  7. MASH IT
  8. ADD GROUND PASTE
  9. ADD SWEET CURD
  10. JAGGERY LEMON SIZED
  11. BRING IT TO BOIL TILL JAGGERY DISSOLVES, ADD CURRY LEAVES, TURN OFF THE FLAME
  12. HEAT COOKING OIL, ADD RED CHILLI, MUSTARD SEEDS, LET IT SPLUTTER
  13. ADD IN TO CURRY AND SERVE
