These cookies are rich in flavors, crunchy from outside while soft and chewy from inside. If you want more crispy cookies than bake it for few more minutes.

  1. 3 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1 cup butter

Instructions

  1. TAKE A BOWL ADD 3 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  2. ADD 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA,2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
  3. 1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
  4. ADD 1 CUP POWDER SUGAR, 1 CUP UNSALTED BUTTER 
  5. MIX WELL.
  6. THEN ADD 1 CUP OF MILK AND MAKE DOUGH
  7. COVER THE SILVER FOIL AND FOLD THEM IN. IF DOUGH LOOKS SOFT AND STICKY THAN CHILL IT INTO REFRIGERATOR FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES
  8. ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  9. NOW MAKE 1 INCH SIZE BALLS FROM CHILLED COOKIE DOUGH.
  10. PLACE ON THE COOKIE FEW INCHES APART FROM EACH OTHER, BECAUSE THEY WILL SPREAD AS BAKE
  11. BAKE THEM FOR 10-15 MINUTES IN PREHEATED OVEN OR UNTIL THE EDGES ARE BECOME GOLDEN BROWN.
  12. LET IT COOL INTO THE SHEET FOR 5 MINUTES. AFTER THAT, REMOVE IT TO THE COOLING RACK TO COOL COMPLETELY.
  13. PERFECT TEXTURE, LOOKING YUMMY
  14. ENJOY WITH TEA OR MILK.
