Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. maida 2 spoons
  2. sugar 2 spoons
  3. cocoa 1 spoon
  4. coffee 1/2 spoon
  5. pinch of salt
  6. oil 1 spoon. water 4 spoons
  7. 2 drops vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Mix 2 table spoon maida and 2 spoons sugar (I have used brown sugar)
  2. Add one spoon cocoa powder
  3. Half a spoon coffee powder
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. Mix properly so that you have no lumps
  6. Add one spoon oil and 4 spoons water. Add 2 drops vanilla essence
  7. Mix well. Microwave for 30 and 30 sec
  8. 2 min brownie is ready. Let it cool and add cream or vanilla ice cream.
