ABOUT One bite RECIPE

  1. Chicken 150 grams
  2. Chilly powder 1 Teaspoon
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Vinegar 2 teaspoon
  6. Samosa patti 14 nos
  7. All purpose flour 3 teaspoon
  8. Water little for mixing
  9. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. CUT 150 GRAM BONELESS CHICKEN INTO STRIPES
  2. ADD 1/2 SPOON GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  3. 1 TEASPOON CHILLI POWDER
  4. ADD 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
  5. 2 TEASPOON VINEGAR
  6. MIX WELL
  7. KEEP ASIDE FOR HALF AN HOUR
  8. TAKE 3 TEASPOON OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  9. POUR LITTLE WATER
  10. MIX WELL AND MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE
  11. TAKE SAMOSA PATTI
  12. CUT INTO HALF
  13. TAKE EACH PATTI PLACE A PIECE OF CHICKEN AND ROLL TIGHTLY
  14. SPREAD SOME MAIDA PASTE ON THE TIP AND PASTE IT
  15. MAKES 28 ROLLS
  16. HEAT OIL
  17. DEEP FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT
  18. FRY UNTIL IT BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN
  19. DRAIN ROLL ON KITCHEN PAPER TOWEL TO REMOVE EXCESS OIL.
  20. READY TO SERVE
