Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. chicken - 3 kg
  2. For marination
  3. haldi - 3 tspn
  4. chilli powder - 3 tspn
  5. cumin pepper powder - 2 tspn
  6. Dhaniya powder- 1 tspn
  7. chicken masala - 2 tspn
  8. ginger garlic paste - 4 tspn
  9. oil - 1 cup
  10. For gravy
  11. onions - 1.5 kg
  12. Tejpatta - 2 to 3
  13. cumin seeds - 1 1/2 tspn
  14. Red chillies - 4
  15. ginger garlic paste - 1 cup
  16. salt
  17. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL
  2. ADD CUMIN SEEDS, TEJPATTA, RED CHILLIES
  3. SAUTE THEM TILL THEY SPLUTTER
  4. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS
  5. MIX WELL
  6. ADD HALDI, SALT
  7. COOK IT BY COVERING
  8. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE.
  9. MEANWHILE MARINATE CHICKEN. ADD CHILLI POWDER
  10. ADD CUMIN PEPPER POWDER
  11. ADD DHANIYA POWDER
  12. ADD EVEREST KA CHICKEN MASALA
  13. ADD SALT
  14. AND OIL
  15. GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  16. AFTER MARINATION FOR HALF AN HOUR, ADD THE CHICKEN IN A KADHAI
  17. SAUTE WELL AND COOK FOR 10 MIN
  18. CHECK THE ONIONS IF ITS DONE AND BECOME TRANSLUCENT. SWITCH OFF THE FLAME.
  19. ADD THE SAUTED ONIONS INTO THE CHICKEN AND COOK FOR 20 MIN BY MIXING IN INTERVALS.
