Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. tomatoes 4
  2. Mustard,Fenugreek,Mash dal
  3. fenugreek mustard powder,turmeric,,Hing
  4. tamarind
  5. salt ir black salt (Optional)

Instructions

  1. GIVE NICE BATH TO TOMATOES.
  2. DRY THEM WITH WHITE CLOTH.
  3. CUT EACH TOMATO INTO 12 PIECES.
  4. APPLY BUTTER INTO HOT PAN AND PUT RIPED FRESH CHILLIES.
  5. ADD LITTLE MUSTARD AND FENUGREEK SEEDS.
  6. ADD MASH DAL 2 SPOONS.
  7. COOL THE ROASTED SEEDS AND PLACE IN GRINDER SMALL JAR.
  8. PLACE TOMATO PIECES IN SAME PAN AND ADD PINCH OF TURMERIC.
  9. ADD PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA AND TAMARIND.
  10. ADD A PINCH OF ROASTED MUSTARD AND FENUGREEK POWDER. (OPTIONAL).
  11. MIX THEM AND KEEP LID.
  12. GRIND THE COOL AND ROASTED SEEDS.
  13. LET THE TOMATOES BOIL NICELY.
  14. SWITCH OF STOVE AND LET IT COOL WHEN LITTLE JUICE LEFT.
  15. KEEP LITTLE SEED POWDER FORGARNISH AND PUT BOILED TOMATO.(GRIND IN HAND MORTOR WILL BE MORE TASTY).
  16. MIX SOME SALT OR BLACK SALT FOR NON BP PEOPLE AND SERVE.
