Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. mango pulp 1 cup
  2. jaggery 1/4 cup
  3. Rock Salt pinch
  4. 1/2 tsp Cardamon powder

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER IN A COOKING PAN
  2. ADD 1 CUP RIPE MANGO PULP
  3. ADD A PINCH OF ROCK SALT
  4. COVER & COOK ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT FOR 5 MINS
  5. ADD 1/4 CUP JAGGERY, MIX WELL
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER, MIX & COOK TILL THICK
  7. COOK TILL THE MIXTURE STARTS TO LEAVE THE SIDES OF THE PAN, TAKE OFF HEAT
  8. COOL & SERVE WITH BREAD / ROTIS / PARANTHAS / POORIS
