  1. Sprouted Ragi 1 Cup
  2. salt 1/2 tsp
  3. Cardamon powder 1/2 tsp
  4. coconut water or water required
  5. ghee
  6. cashews / Nuts
  7. Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  8. coconut pieces

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 CUP SPROUTED RAGI FLOUR
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP SALT. MIX
  3. ADD COCONUT WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE. MIX
  4. RUB FLOUR WITH COCONUT WATER
  5. ADD COCONUT WATER TILL YOU GET CONSISTENCY AS SHOWN
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP CARDAMON POWDER. MIX
  7. PREHEAT STEAMER
  8. ADD SPROUTED RAGI FLOUR TO STEAMER
  9. STEAM COOK FOR 10 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME
  10. ADD 3 TBSP JAGGERY/ BROWN SUGAR/ PALM SUGAR TO THE STEAMED FLOUR
  11. MIX WELL. TASTE AND ADD IF REQUIRED
  12. ADD 1 TBSP GHEE
  13. ADD 1/4 CUP GRATED COCONUT / DESSICATED COCONUT
  14. ADD ROASTED CASHEWS / PEANUTS/ NUTS
  15. ADD ROASTED COCONUT
  16. MIX WELL
  17. HEALTHY SPROUTED RAGI PUTTU READY!!
  18. SERVE WITH ROASTED PEANUTS AND NUTS TO MAKE IT SUPER HEALTHY
