  1. Boiled mashed potatoes 6-7
  2. Til-3 tbs
  3. Coriander leaves
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  6. Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
  7. Chaat Masala -1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Lemon juice -1 tsp
  10. Bread slices -3-4
  11. Ref chilli powder 1 tsp
  12. Oil 2 tbs

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TSP OIL, ADD 1/2 TSP ASAFOETIDA, 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC, 1 TSP EACH OF CORIANDER & RED CHILLI POWDERS, MIX
  3. ADD 6-7 BOILED, MASHED POTATOES
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER, 1 TSP CHAT MASALA
  5. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1 TBSP GRATED GINGER
  6. ADD 1 TSP LEMON JUICE, MIX WELL
  7. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, MIX & TAKE OFF HEAT
  8. TAKE A BREAD SLICE, SPREAD SOME READY POTATO MIX ON TOP
  9. SPRINKLE ROASTED SESAME SEEDS
  10. PRESS DOWN LIGHTLY TO SET THEM IN PLACE
  11. GREASE A NONSTICK TAVA WITH OIL OR BUTTER, PLACE THE BREAD SLICES, GRILL FOR 2-3 MINS
  12. FLIP & GRILL FOR 2-3 MINS, SERVE HOT
