Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sooji / semolina - 2 cups
  2. Besan / gram flour - 6 tspn
  3. Butter milk - 1 to 2 cups
  4. Onions -1
  5. Tomatoes - 1
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Green chillies - 1 to 2
  8. Salt
  9. oil
  10. Water - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. TAKE SOOJI
  2. ADD BESAN AND BUTTER MILK
  3. ADD IN SOME WARM MILK
  4. MIX PROPERLY
  5. ADD IN MORE MILK AND FORM A SMOOTH BATTER. LET IT SIT FOR 20 MIN
  6. ADD WATER AS THE BATTER BECOMES THICK
  7. ADD SALT
  8. HEAT THE NON STICK PAN, ADD DROPS OF OIL AND SPREAD
  9. POUR THE BATTER AND SPREAD IT UNIFORMLY
  10. ADD THE ONIONS, TOMATOES AND COOK BY COVERING.
  11. CHECK AND THE FLIP IT. THE FLAME SHOULD ALWAYS BE LOW TO MEDIUM
