  1. Peanut 1 cup
  2. Onion chopped 1
  3. Tomatoes chopped 2
  4. Grated Carrot 1
  5. Cucumber chopped 1
  6. Raw Mango 1/2
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Green chilli 1
  9. Lemon 1
  10. Puffed rice 1 cup
  11. For spice powder
  12. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  13. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  14. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  15. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  16. Salt 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. YAY!! ITS TEA TIME!!
  2. LETS BEGIN WITH HEALTHY PEANUT SALAD FOR MUNCHING
  3. SOAK 1 CUP RAW PEANUT FOR 6 HRS OR OVERNIGHT
  4. BOIL 1 CUP OF WATER WITH 1 TSP SALT
  5. ADD PEANUTS. CLOSE WITH A LID AND COOK FOR 15 MINUTES
  6. COOKED PEANUTS READY!!
  7. FOR SPICE POWDER, ADD 1 TSP CUMIN POWDER
  8. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  9. ADD 1 TSP PEPPER POWDER
  10. ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA
  11. ADD 1 TSP SALT AND MIX
  12. CHOP ONION, TOMATO, RAW MANGO, CARROT AND CUCUMBER
  13. TAKE PUFFED RICE, LEMON, CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI, CORIANDER LEAVES AND SPICE POWDER
  14. ADD CHOPPED ONION TO COOKED PEANUTS
  15. ADD CHOPPED TOMATO
  16. ADD CHOPPED CUCUMBER
  17. ADD GRATED CARROT
  18. ADD CHOPPED RAW MANGO
  19. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
  20. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  21. ADD PUFFED RICE
  22. ADD LEMON JUICE
  23. ADD 1 TSP SPICE POWDER. MIX WELL
  24. HEALTHY PEANUT SALAD READY!
