Generally we eat kanda poha but this time I thought of making cutlets with same ingredients,that too in airfryer ,believe me they turned out very yummy ,and I was more happy as these were airfryed,with very little oil ,pls give a try to this recipe you will really love it

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gms boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. 1cup finely chopped onions
  3. 3bread crumbs
  4. 4~5green chillies
  5. 1tsp grated ginger
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts
  8. Coarsely grinded peanuts
  9. 1/2cup finely chopped corriander leaves
  10. 1lemon juice

Instructions

  1. ADD 250 GMS OF BOILED AND MASHED POTATOES TO A LARGE BOWL
  2. ADD 4~5 CRUSHED GREEN CHILLY AND 1 TSP GRATED GINGER
  3. ADD 1CUP OF FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS AND 1/2 CUP OF ROASTED AND COARSELY GRINDED PEANUTS
  4. ADD 1CUP SOAKED FLATTENED RICE /POHA
  5. ADD 1CUP BREAD CRUMBS TO POTATOES
  6. ADD FINELY CHOPPED CORRIANDER LEAVES
  7. BIND IT TO DOUGH
  8. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND 1 LEMON JUICE
  9. SHAPE IT IN ROUND OR OBLONG CUTLETS
  10. ROLL IT IN BREAD CRUMBS
  11. BRUSH AIRFRYER CONTAINER WITH LITTLE OIL
  12. PLACE CUTLETS IN CONTAINER
  13. AGAIN BRUSH CUTLETS WITH LITTLE OIL ,YOU CAN SKIP IT ALSO
  14. PLACE THE CONTAINER FOR AIRFRYING
  15. SET TEMPERATURE TO 200 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES
  16. OUR CUTLETS ARE FRIED WITH VERY LITTLE DROPS OF OIL
  17. REMOVE AND SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY, KETCHUP AND ONIONS
