Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 3 cups flour
  2. 1/3 cup oil
  3. 1 tsp baking powder
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 3/4 cup warm water
  6. For filling
  7. 3/4 cup sour cream
  8. 220g cream cheese at room temperature
  9. 1/2 cup spring onions green
  10. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  11. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1/3 cup chopped olive
  14. 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

Instructions

  1. MIX FLOUR, SALT AND BAKING POWDER IN A BOWL
  2. ADD WATER AND KNEAD
  3. ADD OIL AND KNEAD SMOOTH DOUGH
  4. COVER AND LET IT REST FOR 1 HOUR
  5. DIVIDE INTO EQUAL PORTIONS
  6. KNEAD INTO 3/4 INCH ROTIS
  7. PLACE ON HOT TAWA
  8. COOK ON BOTH SIDES AND KEEP IT ASIDE
  9. IN A BOWL MIX SOUR CREAM AND CREAM CHEESE
  10. ADD CHEESE, OLIVES AND RED BELL PEPPER
  11. ADD SALT, GARLIC POWDER AND SPRING ONIONS GREEN. MIX WELL
  12. ON A TORTILLA, PLACE BIG SPOONFUL OF CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE AND SPREAD EVENLY
  13. ROLL AND WRAP TIGHTLY
  14. REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT OR FOR 12-13 HOURS TO HAVE THE FLAVOUR BLEND IN NICELY
  15. CUT THE TORTILLAS
  16. SERVE WITH SALSA OR KETCHUP
