Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 21/4 cup maida or wheat flour
  2. 1 tbsp sugar
  3. 1 TSP salt
  4. 11/4 tsp instant yeast
  5. 30g melted butter
  6. 3/4 cup lukewarm milk
  7. 1 egg yolk
  8. 1/4 cup melted garlic butter
  9. 1/2 cup chopped veggies (cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, bell pepper etc)

Instructions

  1. MIX FLOUR, SUGAR, SALT AND YEAST
  2. ADD MELTED BUTTER, MILK AND EGG YOLK. KNEAD SMOOTH DOUGH
  3. TRANSFER DOUGH TO GREASED BOWL, COVER AND REST FOR 2 HOURS
  4. DEFLATE DOUGH AND GENTLY FOLD
  5. DIVIDE DOUGH IN 3 PORTION
  6. ROLL AND TRIM EDGES TO FORM RECTANGLE
  7. BRUSH TOP WITH GARLIC BUTTER
  8. PLACE CHOPPED VEGGIES ON TOP
  9. PLACE ALL 3 TOGETHER AND KNOT
  10. FOLD IN TO FORM CIRCLE
  11. TRANSFER TO BAKING TRAY AND BRUSH WITH GARLIC BUTTER
  12. BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEG
  13. BRUSH TOP WITH GARLIC BUTTER WHILE STILL HOT
  14. SERVE
