Any reference to Our Website in the agreement below is not limited to www.betterbutter.in and also refers to access through Our mobile application and access to Our platform in any form or format.

Protecting Your personal information and Your privacy is really important to Us. BetterButter may use Your individually relevant information and/or personal information and/or other information collected during Your browsing to optimize Our service to You, personalize Your browsing experience, improve Our marketing and promotional efforts, improve Our products and services, produce and share aggregate insights and statistics that do not identify You, analyze usage and provide customized solutions to You, enable Us independently or in association with third party to show You tailored ads that are relevant to You. Information can also be used towards resolving troubleshooting issues, disputes, technical issues on the platform and adhering to Our Terms of Service Agreement.

SECURITY MEASURES

We take precautions, including administrative, technical and physical measures, to safeguard Your personal information against loss, theft and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. It is clarified that Force Majeure events includes any event which is beyond the reasonable control of the BetterButter which may include but not limited to sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorised access to computer, computer system or computer network, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption.

EUROPEAN UNION (EU) PRIVACY/DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS
EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has provided the below rights to the EU residents:
