Ingredients Required For Making Dahi Toast
1. Yoghurt – ¾ cup
2. Tomato – 1
3. Onion – 1
4. Corn kernels – ¼ cup
5. Capsicum
6. Salt – according to taste
7. Green Chilli – 1
8. Black pepper – 1 tsp
9. Coriander leaves
10. Bread slices
11. Butter
12. Green chutney
13. Cheese spread
14. Schezwan chutney
15. Sev
Sanjeev Kapoor’s Dahi Toast Recipe
1. First, take a bowl and add some yoghurt to it. Next, add finely chopped tomato, onion, capsicum, green chilli and coriander leaves to it.
2. Also, add corn kernels, black pepper and salt to it. Mix all of these ingredients properly.
3. Next, take a bread slice and add butter and green chutney to one bread slice. Also, use the above mixture for topping the bread. Add butter and green chutney to another slice of bread too.
4. Then, take a frying pan and heat some butter in it and later add the stuffed bread to it.
5. Cook the dahi toast properly from both sides.
6. Finally, top the dahi toast with cheese spread, schezwan chutney and sev.
