Ingredients Required For Making Prawn Pot Rice

1. Prawns 

2. Corn flour – 2 tbsp

3. Refined flour – 1 tbsp

4. Salt – according to taste

5. Egg yolk – 1

6. Oil

7. Garlic – 2 tsp

8. Ginger – 2 tsp

9. Carrot – 1

10. Onion bulbs – 2

11. Red chilli sauce – 2 tsp

12. Soy sauce – 2 tsp 

13. Oyster sauce – 2 tsp

14. Schezwan sauce – 2 tsp

15. Coloured capsicum – 1 cup

16. Black peppercorn

17. Cooked rice – 3 cup

18. Vinegar – 2 tsp

19. Corn flour slurry – 3 tsp

20. Spring onion

Sanjeev Kapoor’s Prawn Pot Rice Recipe

1. First, add cornflour, refined flour, crushed peppercorn and salt to prawns.

2. After this batter is ready, take a frying pan and add oil to it. Deep fry the prawns in it.

3. In another pan, take oil and add garlic, ginger, carrot, onion bulbs and saute it for some time.

4. Then, add red chilli sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, schezwan sauce and mix all of it together. 

5. Next, add capsicum, salt, crushed black peppercorn and let it boil. Later add cooked rice, vinegar, cornflour slurry and let it cook for some time.

6. Then, add fried prawns to it and cook on a low flame.

7. Finally, garnish prawn pot rice with spring onion.
