Due to the onset of rains, the risk of various diseases and viral infections increases. Dengue is the most dangerous disease that occurs due to mosquito bites. The dengue mosquito breeds in clean water. In the rainy season, when the water gets accumulated in pitchers, etc., the Aedes mosquito breeds in it, and its bite causes dengue. The rapid viral infection of dengue causes problems in the normal blood clotting system of the body. As the number of platelets in the blood is already low, dengue causes bleeding which can be life-threatening. The best treatment for this disease is to prevent it. India’s famous dietitian Rujuta Diwekar, has given some great suggestions to prevent dengue.
Rujuta says that there are some things that are tasty and they also have amazing medicinal properties, and if they are consumed regularly, the risk of any infections can be avoided and even if you have contracted dengue, your health can still be improved with these items:
1) Gulkand
2) Saffron and Turmeric Milk
3) Rice Kanji
4) Plenty of Water
5) Yoga
For this posture to be practiced in accordance with the Ayyangar system, two things are needed. A cushion or bolster, which allows the back to be rested comfortably and a blanket that can be kept under the neck to give it rest. To relax the entire body and provide relief from back pain, keep the upper part of the body in a comfortable position.
Health is the most important thing for all of us and all other things come after it. To avoid deadly infections like dengue, follow these measures regularly and make your immunity so strong that no disease is able to break your natural protective armor.
