Chicken Kabiraji વાનગીઓ

Chicken Kabiraji Ingredients to make ( Ingredients to make Chicken Kabiraji Recipe in Gujarati )

  • Minced chicken 150gm
  • Chopped onion 1
  • ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2spoon
  • egg 3
  • Corn flour 1tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs 2cup

How to make Chicken Kabiraji

  1. Make a mixture of minced chicken,chopped onion,ginger garlic paste,salt;red chilli powder,turmeric powder & lemon juice.
  2. Make a shape of cutlet & keep it in fridge for 2 hours.
  3. Take some bread crumbs & coated the cutlet with it.
  4. Make a mixture of 2egg, salt,red chilli powder & turmeric powder.
  5. Dip the cutlet in egg mixture.
  6. Again coat the cutlet in bread crumbs & deep fry it.
  7. Cutlet is ready..Now the most important chapter of this dish.
  8. Make a mixture of egg, corn flour, red chilli powder , salt & turmeric powder.
  9. Keep the flame high & carefully sprinkle the egg batter to make a net .Put the cutlet in the net & cover it.
  10. Its ready to serve now.Serve hot with chilli & tomato sauce.

My Tip:

Serve it with salad & preferable sauce
