firni is thick, creamy milk based rice pudding i gave a twist and add some black carrot.

सामग्री सर्विंग: 4

  1. Kali Gajar- 150- gm
  2. Rice soaked- 1/2- cup
  3. Sugar- 2- tbsp
  4. Sugar- 4- tbsp
  5. Bread- 6- piece card
  6. Cardamom powder- 1- tspmilk
  7. Milk- 1/2- liter
  8. Ghee- 4- tbsp
  9. Saffron- 4- thread
  10. Chopped nuts - 2- tbsp
  11. Rose patels- 1- tsp

निर्देश

  1. Grind the rice into fine paste. peel.wash and roughly cut the carrot.
  2. Boil the carrot and blended into fine paste. heat ghee in a pan add puree and cook it on low heat for 5 minutes. switch off the gas.
  3. Boil the milk and add rice paste stir continuously cook till the mixture gets thickened.
  4. Now add sugar, cardamom powder, but (reserve some for garnishing) and carrot puree mix it well and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes more . switch off the gas and keep aside. allow to cool.
  5. Cut the bread slices into round or as per your choice. heat ghee in a pan and fry the slices until golden on very low heat.
  6. Make sugar syrup with 4tbsp sugar and 1cup of water. not too thick just one thread consistently, add saffron. switch off the gas now put the fried slices for 5 minutes keep out them .
  7. Now arrange it first put a slices pour firni and again put one slice.. Just like sandwich. Garnish with chopped nuts and rose petals .
