Mix all ingredients in a bowl and knead it.It will look sticky, as you knead it will turn soft and smooth.
Make a round ball of the dough and brush it with 1tesp oil.
Place this in a greased bowl and cover with cling film. Let the dough double.
Deflate the dough,divide to 8 pieces.
Shape each piece to a round ball.Place them on a lined baking sheet.
Brush with milk,and allow to rise for the second time.
Preheat your oven 180℃ for 10 minutes.
Bake them at 170℃ for 20 minutes.Remove give an egg wash or milk wash,place it back in oven ,increase temperature to 200℃ with the top rod on for 2 to 3 minutes or till it turns brown.
Remove cool,buns are ready.
