Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs 2
  2. Chilli powder 1 tablespoon
  3. Daniya powder 3 tablespoons
  4. Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
  5. Besan 2 tablespoons
  6. Onions chopped 2
  7. Green chillies chopped 2
  8. Pepper seeds 4 to 5
  9. Elachi cloves 4 to 5
  10. Lavanga cloves 3 to 4
  11. Tomatoes 2
  12. Salt 1 tablespoon
  13. Garam masala 1 tablespoon
  14. Kasuri methi 1 tablespoon
  15. Water 1 glass
  16. Oil 2 tablespoons
  17. Corainder leaves 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Firstly take a bowl add chilli powder, daniya powder,turmeric powder and besan.
  2. Mix well and keep it aside.
  3. Blend the tomatoes into a smooth paste and keep it aside.
  4. Take a pan add water and boil the eggs.
  5. Once it is done turn out the layer of eggs and scratch the outer layer of eggs with a knife.
  6. Take a pan add oil and fry the eggs till it turns into golden brown color and take it aside.
  7. In the same pan add elachi,lavanga,Pepper seeds and green chillies.
  8. Saute for few minutes and add chopped onions.
  9. Once onions turn golden brown add tomato paste and saute till raw smell dissolves.
  10. Then add salt and saute for few minutes
  11. After that add daniya mix powder and give a smooth mix.
  12. Cook for few minutes and add water.
  13. Let it cook till it turns smooth mashy.
  14. Then add fried eggs to it.
  15. Finally add kasuri methi and garam masala and give a lite mix.
  16. Take it into a serving bowl and enjoy the dish with hot rice or roti.
