Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For patties :-
  2. cottage cheese 1 small bowl
  3. 1 boiled potato
  4. I small onion chopped
  5. coriander 1 spoon chopped
  6. Parmesan cheese 2 spoons
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. oil for making tiki
  10. for burger :-
  11. burger bread
  12. 2 Eggs
  13. tomato slices in circle
  14. onion slices in circle
  15. cabbage finely chopped( I used purple one)
  16. salad leaves 2 leaves
  17. Salt and pepper
  18. cream cheese to apply on bread
  19. butter to toast the bread( I used olive butter)
  20. lite mayonnaise( optional)

Instructions

  1. For patties:- take all the ingredients in a big bowl mix well and make 2 round and flatten with pam and shallow fry in pan
  2. take another small pan round shape, grease the pan and make 2 omelet with little salt and pepper. keep aside
  3. now take a big pan or tawa greas with little butter and roast the bread
  4. now time to assemble, take a burger bread put little cream cheese on one side than put the omelet than cottage cheese tiki than put sliced tomato, onion, cabbage and lettuce, sprinkle little salt n pepper
  5. put little mayonnaise on the other side of bread and cover the burger
  6. burger is ready to enjoy
