Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup rice flour
  2. 1-1/4 cup curd
  3. 2 tbsp Oil
  4. Ajwain
  5. Cumin seeds
  6. Chilly powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Green chilly chopped
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add hing, cumin, seeds, curd, chilly powder, salt, rice flour. Mix it well but don't over cooK. Make dough out of it..
  2. Heat oil in a pan make small balks out of dough and make rings. Deep fry it till golden brown. Take it out in paper towel. Let it cool, keep it airtight container. Enjoy with tea else serve hot with any chutney or sauce.
