Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken 1/2 cup
  2. Rice 1 cup
  3. Onion 2
  4. Tomato 1
  5. Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
  6. Onion paste 2 tsp
  7. Biryani masala 2 tsp
  8. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  10. Coriander leaves few
  11. Mint leaves few
  12. Ghee 4 tsp
  13. Green chilli 4
  14. Curd 1/2 cup
  15. Lemon juice 3 tsp
  16. Cinnamon 1
  17. Cardamom 2
  18. Cloves 2
  19. Salt as required
  20. Oil as required
  21. Coconut milk 1/4 cup
  22. Water as required

Instructions

  1. In Pan heat oil and ghee.now add spices.after add onion and saute it till golden brown colour.
  2. After add ginger garlic paste and onion paste.cook in low flame for 5 min.mix well.after add tomato.
  3. Cook well till tomato becomes mussy after add green chilli.mix well.add red chilli powder, coriander powder, biryani masala .add curd.
  4. Mix well.cook for 15 min.now add chicken pieces.cook for 10 min in high flame.now add coconut milk and required water
  5. Mix well and add rice.cook for 20 min.
  6. After switch off the biryani pot and heat the dosa tawa.and put biryani pot on dosa tawa
  7. Cook for 10 min in low flame. check the rice.and switch off
  8. Spicy dham chicken biryani is ready
