pasta is always a favourite for kids..a big treat for the small hungers

Ingredients Serving: 4

pasta 2 cups
all purpose flour 1 tbsp
chopped garlic 1 tsp
crushed black pepper 1 tsp
processed cheese grated 3/4 cup
milk 1 cup
salt 1 tsp or as per taste
chilli flakes 1 tsp
butter 1 tsp

Instructions

boil pasta in sufficient water for 8 mins or till soft...drain water and keep it under running water..then strain and keep aside
take a pan and melt 1 tsp of butter
add all purpose flour and sauté for 1 min
add milk and mix well so that no lumps will be formed
add chopped garlic and grated processed cheese and mix well
add crushed black pepper and red chilli flakes...sauce is ready
add the cooked pasta and mix well so that everything mixes well together...
serve hot
