Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oil
  2. Onion 2 (sliced)
  3. Tomato 2 (sliced)
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  5. Green chillies 2
  6. Green capsicum 1 (chopped)
  7. Tumeric powder 1/2 tablespoon
  8. Chilli powder 1 tablespoon
  9. Garam masala 1 tablespoon
  10. Egg 2
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Bread slices 4
  13. Coriander leaves


  1. Place a pan on the stove,add oil, ginger garlic paste ....saute it well
  2. Then add sliced onions,salt,green chillies....mix it well........now add capsicum,tomatoes,tumeric powder,chilli powder,garam masala......once again saute it nicely..
  3. Simultanously,make bread slices into small pieces.....keep it aside...
  4. Now add eggs on the tawa,mix it well.....then add bread pieces & coriander leaves..... mix it well.......
  5. Here the delicious 'EGG CHILLI BREAD' is ready......
