Dates are good for increasing haemoglobin in the body so this shake is a best recipe for kids.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 7 dates soaked in warm milk
  2. 2 cup milk
  3. 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  4. 1 pinch nutmeg powder


  1. Remove seeds of the dates and keep aside.
  2. Take milk, ice cream, sugar, dates in a blender and blend for 5 minutes . Add milk as per your preference.
  3. Serve in a glass, garnish with chopped dates and add a pinch of nutmeg powder. Tastes better when served chilled.
