ABOUT Coconut Milk Cashewnut Pudding..... RECIPE

An amazing pudding that is so very creamy. A lovely idea by me to enjoy it during iftaar in this hot season. Melt in mouth and deliciously creamy. If the coconut milk is homemade, then it becomes an exquisite treat by all means. Absolutely delish and will be loved by everyone. Lay it on the table and see it disappear in no time at all. Try this simple yet elegant looking pudding for your families and relish it's superb taste and texture. It can be termed as an out and out kids special recipe too. Happy Chilling !

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Coconut milk 500 ml
  2. Condensed milk 1 cup
  3. Cashewnuts 1/4 cup
  4. Agar agar powder 1 1/2 tbsp


  1. Bring coconut milk to a boil.
  2. Soak cashewnuts in water for an hour.
  3. Grind to a smooth paste.
  4. Add this to the coconut milk.
  5. Also add agar agar powder and condensed milk to it.
  6. Stir until well incorporated.
  7. Remove from heat and pour in a dish.
  8. Let it cool down a bit before refrigerating it.
  9. Top up with a few cashewnuts and chill.
  10. Serve it chilled at iftaar for everyone to relish this delicious coconut milk pudding.
