Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Minced chicken...200gm
  2. Chopped onion...1
  3. Ginger garlic paste...1tspn
  4. Chopped tomato...1
  5. Red chilli powder...1tspn
  6. Termuric powder...1tspn
  7. Garam masala...1tspn
  8. Tomato sauce...1tspn
  9. Green chilli paste...1tspn
  10. Carom seeds...1tspn
  11. Cumin powder...1tspn
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Flour...1cup

Instructions

  1. Make a dough of flour, salt, oil & carom seeds.Mix beetroot paste & make another dough.Cover it & keep rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil, add cumin seeds & let it crackle.Add chopped onion, tomato & ginger garlic paste.Make a soft mixture of it.
  3. Add chicken mince.
  4. Add all spices, green chilli paste & mix it well.
  5. Now take a portion from beetroot dough, roll it & make some holes.
  6. Take a portion from white dough then, roll it & put the beetroot crust over it.Make both the samosa crust very thin.
  7. Make samosa cone & put 2 tspn chicken fillings in it.
  8. Fold it well using some drops of water.
  9. Heat enough oil in a pan & deep fry the samosas in low flame.Don't make it in high flame otherwise it will not be crispy.
  10. It's ready now.Serve it hot with sauce & green chilli.
