Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup flour
  2. 1 tsp Salt
  3. 1 tsp oil
  4. 1/2 avacado
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 1/4 cupMint leaves
  8. 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
  9. 1/2 lemon juice
  10. Salt
  11. 1/2 tsp jeera
  12. 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  13. 1/2 tsp haldi

Instructions

  1. Take flour,salt,oil
  2. Mash avacado
  3. Mix ginger garlic paste
  4. And chilli
  5. Add spices
  6. Mix flour
  7. And make dough
  8. Keep aside for 10 min
  9. Roll down cough and cut in desire shape
  10. Cook all paranthas
  11. Serve with curd or raita
