Take Amul cream in a bowl and make whipped cream with it by whisking it with electric hand mixer.
Do the first step for about 10 min starting from slow speed .of 1-2 and going on to 5 with hand mixer.
It looks like this
Once the soft peaks are formed in the cream it is ready to use to make icecream.
Now add vanilla essence to Cream.
Add honey above it
Again whisk with hand mixer for about 2minutes.
Now peel the mangoes and make their puree in the blender .
Mix the mango puree with the whipped cream and whisked for 10 minutes moving from slow speed to high.
Take a airtight container and add ice-cream puree into it.
Place butter paper above and close the lid and refrigerate for 1 hour.
After 1hour again take the ice-cream puree out in a bowl and beat with hand mixer for 5minute to make it thick.
Now take air tight container and add a foil paper all over so that it's easy to take the full ice-cream at one time from the container or if u want to take with a scooper u can avoid foil paper use.
Add the ice-cream puree again into the container and make the top flattened.
Add butter paper on top to avoid any ice formation on top
Refrigerator for a day and ur mango icecream is ready to use.
Take out with the help of scooper and serve chilled ice-cream. Add some honey and tutty fruity on top.
