ABOUT Ramadan special stuffed kebabs RECIPE

It's very yummy and crispy outside and soft inside, a perfect starter for all occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 medium boiled potato
  2. 1 teaspoon salt
  3. ½ teaspoon Garam Masala
  4. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  5. ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
  6. 1 tbsp rice flour
  7. ½ cup breadcrumbs
  8. 1 cup aloo bhujia

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add boiled and mashed potato, salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, cumin seeds and mix well.
  2. Cut the cheese slices in rectangular shapes.
  3. Now two strips on top of each other to make each strip thick.
  4. Take handful of potatoes and make long and thin patty.
  5. Place cheese between and close edges.
  6. For coating - In a bowl add 1 tbsp rice flour, water and make slurry.
  7. Firstly coat kebabs in rice flour slurry.
  8. Secondly coat in breadcrumbs.
  9. Again coat in rice flour and coat in bhujia.
  10. Keep the kababs in fridge for 15 minutes.
  11. Heat the oil in wok.
  12. Deep fry the kababs.
  13. Fry them until its turned into a golden brown colour.
