Ingredients: 2 cup maida; 2 cup sugar; 1 tsp vanilla essence; 3 sp coco powder; 1/2 cup oil; 1 cup milk; 1 tsp baking powder; 1/4 baking soda

This is a delicious cake , made in tandoor.

Ingredients Serving: 6

2 cup maida
2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 sp coco powder
1/2 cup oil
1 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 baking soda

Instructions

Mix the sugar and oil together in a mixing bowl, until they are fluffy.
Add maida , vanilla essence, baking powder, baking soda.
Add milk to the above and make a smooth batter, divide in two parts .
To one part, don't add anything and leave it colorless and to the 2 part add coco powder.
Take a greased cake mould, pour 2 sp first White batter then pour 2 sp coco batter. repeat this till you finished the entire batter.
Finally make a design with a toothpick, and bake this in a tandoor for 35 minutes.
