ABOUT Crispy - Chatpatay Aaloo RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Small medium sized boiled potatoes
  2. 4 tablespoon cornflour
  3. 2 tbsp maida
  4. 100 gram's curd
  5. Refined oil for frying (one Big Bowl)
  6. one teaspoon salt
  7. 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  8. One teaspoon chaat masala
  9. One teaspoon coriander powder
  10. Half teaspoon roasted jeera powder
  11. 1 cup green coriander leaves
  12. Two lemon juice

Instructions

  1. first of all boil potato in pressure cooker, when it steam comes out then take them out and peel the skin.
  2. Now take a bowl put all potatoes pricked by toothpick, maida, corn flour all dried spices above-mentioned with a tablespoon of curd marinate them for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Now take a pan put oil in it and when it becomes hot put marinated potatoes with marination in it.
  4. When marination is dried and potatoes leave the surface of Pan then Sprinkle coriander leaves on it.
  5. Now take a serving plate and put all those masala marinated chatpata potatoes on it and Sprinkle little chat masala and coriander leaves on it.
