Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 tin milkmaid
  2. 100 gram unsalted butter
  3. 1 cup refined flour
  4. Vanilla essence 1 spoon
  5. ½ spoon baking soda
  6. ½ spoon baking powder
  7. Powdered sugar 2 spoon
  8. Amul cream 100 gram
  9. Cherry
  10. Gems


  1. Mix milkmaid and butter together
  2. Blend in clockwise with blender for 15 minutes
  3. Mix refined flour and make a smooth batter
  4. Add milk if required
  5. Add vanilla essence, baking powder and doda
  6. Pour the batter in a greased cake tin
  7. Preheat the oven on 220°
  8. Bake for 15 minutes on 180°
  9. Transfer in a plate when the cake is slightly warm
  10. Mix cream and sugar in a bowl and blend with bleeder until it becomes fluffy
  11. Spread this cream on batter and garnish with cherry and gems
  12. Keep in fridge for 20 minutes
  13. Cake is ready for cutting
