Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Milk 1 litre
  2. Agar agar powder 10 grams
  3. Sugar 200 grams (adjust as you need)
  4. Rose essense ( 10 drops)
  5. Mango flavoured essense (5 drops)
  6. Oreo cookies crumbs (from 1 biscuit)


  1. Boil 1 litre milk..
  2. Add agar agar powder and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Once it nicely dissolved add sugar and boil it for another 3 minutes and switch off the flame.
  4. Divide this 1 litre milk into 3/4 and 1/4 portion.
  5. Add rose essense to 3/4 portion of milk.
  6. Pour this in a mould and make it set.
  7. Add mango essense to 1/4 portion of milk.
  8. Pour this mango essense mixture in a egg container or a mould as show in picture and make it set.
  9. Demould the yellow one and place it over to the white one which is already set in Mould.
  10. Sprinkle with oreo cookie crumbs.
