About Mac puff Recipe

Mac puff

Ingredients to make Mac puff

  • 2 cup refined flour
  • salt as per taste
  • Refined oil
  • ¼ spoon baking soda
  • water as required
  • ¼ cup boiled peas
  • ¼ cup boiled corn
  • ½ cupFinely chopped veggies(oinion,capsicum,carrot,cabbage)
  • paneer cut in small cubes 50 gram
  • Cheese 3 cubes
  • Basil leaves 7-8
  • chilli flakes
  • Mixed gerb
  • tomato sauce
  • chilli sauce
  • ⅛ spoon black pepper powder

How to make Mac puff

  1. Mix salt,soda and 3 spoon oil in flour
  2. Knead a soft dough by adding water and cover for 20 minutes
  3. Heat 1 spoon oil and saute veggies
  4. Add corn and peas
  5. Add spices,herb,chilli flakes and basil leaves
  6. Mix paneer cubes
  7. Mix sauce and let it cool
  8. Keep in fridge for 20 minutes
  9. Mix grated cheese
  10. Divide the dough in equal portion and roll into thick and small circle
  11. Put 1½ spoon mixture and fold
  12. Press with fork
  13. Deep fry on medium flame
