This cake is made in appe pan and topped with Hershey's syrup

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Glucose biscuit 1 pkt weighing 124 grams
  2. Blueberries 1 table spoon
  3. eno pouch 1
  4. lukewarm milk 1/2 glass or so
  5. powder sugar 3 teaspoon
  6. chocolate syrup 1 teaspoon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak biscuits in milk, add sugar and keep aside for 5 minutes
  2. mix it properly
  3. now add blueberries and chocolate syrup, mix it again
  4. Now heat your appe pan , grease the discs
  5. Add eno in the batter and just add few drops of milk on eno, mix it nicely once again
  6. Now put 1 tea spoon batter in each hole of appe pan and cook it covered for some time.
  7. Flip it and let it cook on other side also.
  8. whole process will take about 5 minutes
  9. repeat the same method for the remaining batter
  10. Appe cake is ready, serve hot or cold
  11. You can also add chopped almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts in the batter
  12. It is advisable to add eno instantly in each batch for better outcome
