Ingredients Serving: 2

1 cup cold heavy cream
1/2 can milkmaid
1 kg fresh mashed strawberry
6 or 8 drops pink food colour
Sugar 1 cup

Instructions

Blend or mash strawberry ,strain its juice and keep aside
Add heavy cream and whisk until fluffy and light. Then add the condensed milk and whisk again.
Add sugar and whisk again until the sugar dissolves. Add the color and mix.
Pour this into a container and freeze it over night.
Before serving Garnish with fruits and Wafers
