A simple and flavourful salad to try.

Tangy Thai Fruit Salad

Ingredients to make Tangy Thai Fruit Salad

  • 2 Fresh Red Chilies, chopped
  • 2 tbsp peanuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2-3 garlic Cloves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods American mustard
  • 50 gm (3 tbsp) Dr. Oetker FunFoods olive Oil Mayonnaise
  • ¼ each Red and Yellow Bell pepper, de-seeded and cut in thin strips
  • 2 tbsp Raw papaya, shredded and soaked in chilled water
  • 3 pineapple, slices
  • 3 Ice Berg Lettuce Leaves
  • ½ spring onion, chopped
  • 3-4 cashewnuts, toasted

How to make Tangy Thai Fruit Salad

  1. For the dressing:
  2. In a bowl, add the red chillies, peanuts, lemon juice, soya sauce, honey, garlic, american mustard, olive oil mayonnaise. Mix well.
  3. Add bell pepper, raw papaya and pineapple to the dressing and mix it well.
  4. On a serving plate place lettuce leaves, pineapple slices and above dressed vegetables.
  5. Serve the salad garnished with spring onion and cashewnuts.

My Tip:

This salad is well suited for a summer party.
