    White Sauce Pasta

    Ingredients to make White Sauce Pasta

    • Fresh cream 100 grams
    • Drum wheat pasta penne
    • Mayonnaise 200 grams
    • Bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
    • onion medium - 1
    • Italian seasoning 1 tbsp
    • Black pepper as per taste
    • butter 1 tbsp
    • salt to taste

    How to make White Sauce Pasta

    1. Boil pasta in hot boiling water with a pinch of salt and oil.
    2. Cook until a firm bite and rinse.
    3. Take another pan add butter and other vegetables. Stir for five minutes. Do not caramelise it.
    4. Now add cream and mayonnaise and some water.
    5. Cook for 2 minutes.
    6. Add pasta and spices.
    7. Wait for five minutes and serve hot.

    My Tip:

    Do not over cook pasta it should have a little bit in it. Do not over cook cream otherwise it will leave its oil.
