I prepared Sheer kurma and just wanted to surprise my daughter with a little twist . That’s how I tried this . Chilli vermicelli cups filled with sheer kurma , chilled and served . Double Damakka . Taste bhi , attractive bhi .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ragi vermicelli 3 tablespoons
  2. Wheat vermicelli 3 tablespoons
  3. Condensed milk sweetened 2 tablespoons
  4. Sheer kurma 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan .
  2. Crush ragi and wheat vermicelli and add both to the pan .
  3. Roast gently till colour changes .
  4. Add condensed milk . Mix and switch off .
  5. Let the vermicelli turn warm .
  6. Take a cup shaped mould .
  7. Insert parchment sheet in it .
  8. Now place this moist vermicelli in the sheet .
  9. Press and give a cup shape to the vermicelli .
  10. Do the same on the other cup .
  11. Put in freezer for 30 minutes for the cup to set .
  12. After 30 minutes , take the cup from freezer .
  13. Fill the cup with sheer kurma .
  14. Chill it again for 30 minutes.
  15. At the time of serving , unwrap the cups gently .
  16. Serve immediately .
