ABOUT Cumin Biscuits RECIPE

Sweet and salty crunchy biscuits with a nice flavour of cumin seed..

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 6 tbsp soft unsalted butter
  3. 4 tbsp castor sugar
  4. 1/4 tesp salt
  5. 1/2tesp baking powder
  6. 1 tbsp roasted cumin
  7. 1/4 tesp baking soda
  8. Milk to knead

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes
  2. Make a soft dough out of the given ingredients
  3. Place the dough between parchment paper,roll, cut to desired shapes
  4. Place on lined baking sheet
  5. Bake at 170 ℃ for 12 to 15 minutes
  6. Remove,after few minutes transfer to a wire rack,let cool completely
  7. Serve with a cup of hot tea
