About Water Melon Mint Flavoured Lassi Recipe

Lassi is a yogurt based smoothie which one can enjoy in different flavours in summers to beat the heat and keep the body cool. It can be either sweet or salted and any fruits or herbs of one's choice can be added for variety.

Water Melon Mint Flavoured Lassi

Ingredients to make Water Melon Mint Flavoured Lassi

  • 2 Cup watermelon chunks deseeded
  • 2 cups fresh curd
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 2 pinches of black salt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 3 tablespoons sugar or as per the taste
  • 1 teaspoon rose water

How to make Water Melon Mint Flavoured Lassi

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the prepared lassi in chilled serving glass with ice-cubes, drizzle rose water, garnish with mint sprig and serve chilled.
  3. Or you can also serve in a hollowed half watermelon

Serve chilled and fresh
