Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato mini 1/2 kg
  2. Curd 200 gm
  3. Chopped garlic 12 to 13 cloves
  4. Chopped green Chilli 2
  5. Cumin seeds 1/3tbsp
  6. Bay leaves 2
  7. Dry red chilli 2
  8. Mustard seeds 1/3 tbsp
  9. Nigella seeds(kalouji) 1/3tbsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
  11. Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
  12. Garam masala 1tbsp
  13. Oil 2 big spoon
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. add curd in the boiled potato mix properly
  2. turn on the flame and heat a pan and cooking oil and let and heat
  3. add red chilli and bay leaf ,add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, nigella seeds fry few min.add chopped garlic flame low
  4. add turmeric powder + garam masala+ red chilli powder cook few min.and turn off the flame the spices cool down after 5 min.
  5. add the potato in the pan gently mix it .Now turn on the flame and put the pan an it.add coriander leaf mix the salt cover the pan and cook 3 to 4 min.
  6. open the lid and stir it add chopped coriander leaf green chilli
  7. Turn off the flame and stir it ready to serve
