About Curd raita Recipe

Easy and quick recipe of raita which cane served with paratha or ruce

Curd raita

Ingredients to make Curd raita

  • 100 gram curd
  • 1 cucumber grated
  • ½ carrot grated
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli finely chopped
  • 1 spoon finely chopped green coriander
  • ½ spoon powdered sugar
  • ½ spoon white salt
  • ¼ spoon black salt
  • ¼ spoon chat masala
  • 1 spoon refined oil
  • ⅛ spoon small mustard seeds

How to make Curd raita

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil and mustard seeds
  2. Heat oil in a round spoon
  3. Add mustard seeds and let it crackle
  4. Add this tempering into the curd mixture
  5. Keep in fridge for ½ hour
  6. Serve cold raita with your choice of rice or Indian bread.
