Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 1L
  2. Sugar 3tbsp
  3. Hung curd 4tbsp
  4. Jaggery 3tbsp
  5. Cardamom (Elaichi) Optional 2 nos

Instructions

  1. Take fresh curd n hung it for 30mins.keep aside
  2. Boil Milk and reduce it to half the amount.
  3. Take sugar in a pan.Caramalise it...Once it is abt to caramalise. Add half cup of milk and stir. You can take the milk from boiling milk..
  4. Add this caramalised milk into the above boiling milk
  5. Mix boiling milk & caramalised milk for few more minutes..off the gas..Keep it aside
  6. Now in a Bowl.Take hung curd & grated jaggery.Mix it very nicely.It works as Dahi k Jaman.
  7. once The milk comes at room temperature.Add jaman to milkThe way we do in Normal curd making process.
  8. Put it in the warm place for more than 7hrs..may b 8-9hrs also take..
